Welcome to Aala Tech’s Mass Marketing application (“Service”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our WhatsApp marketing platform integrated with Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Service, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old

  • Have the authority to represent your business

  • Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

2. Service Description

Our application enables businesses to send bulk messages via WhatsApp using Meta’s Cloud API. Features include:

  • Template message management

  • Campaign scheduling and analytics

  • Contact management and opt-in/out tracking

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activity conducted under your account

  • Ensuring messages comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Send unsolicited or spam messages

  • Share offensive, misleading, or illegal content

  • Use the platform to violate any law or third-party rights

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the API integration

5. Data & Privacy

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties. Meta may process your data as part of the WhatsApp Cloud API.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and branding associated with the Service belong to Aala Tech or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use our assets without written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Misuse the WhatsApp Cloud API

You may terminate your use at any time by discontinuing the Service.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from delays or failures in message delivery

  • Suspension by Meta or WhatsApp of your business phone number

  • Data loss beyond our control

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.
