Overview
BMS Engineer (Alerton by Honeywell)
We are looking for a BMS Engineer with Commissioning or Maintenance experience to join our team in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and fine-tune system performance for HVAC, lighting, and other integrated services.
- Diagnose system alarms, faults, and communication issues.
- Coordinate with onsite facility management and other technical teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and project standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 2-3 years experience in BMS
- Strong understanding of HVAC controls and communication protocols.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
